New DC Bill Takes Aim At HPRB Authority
The bill is intended to limit the HPRB’s ability to determine that a new construction project within a historic district is “incompatible” with Preservation Law if doing so would result in a reduction of floor area ratio, residential square footage, or dwelling unit density below what is currently permitted by zoning regulations or previously granted.
