2501 M Project Overview


2501 M is a condominium conversion of a 100k SF office space previously occupied by American Association of Medical Colleges. The pre-existing Westgate Condominium on the upper three floors of the building was constructed in the late 1970s as a ‘matter-of’right’ project. It will be refaced as part of the conversion, but few interior renovations are planned for that section. New units are listed under the name 2501 and the associations will be separate. Nobu restaurant occupies the ground floor of the project.

New to the 8 story building housing the pre-existing Westgate condominiums on three upper floors, is 2501 M. The new condominium offers 59 “ultra-luxury” one bedroom one bedroom + den, two bedroom and ‘Luxury two bedroom’ residences sized from 820 to 2,000 square feet. The average floor plan offers 1,500 square feet of living space. A 11,600 square foot Nobu Restaurant has opened on the ground floor. Features of the new units at 2501 M include 10′ ceilings, luxury appointments, floor-to-ceiling glass and private outdoor space per plan.
