11 Park Condominium is located on the Logan Circle side of the 11th Street boundary line separating that neighborhood and Shaw. The project is bounded by 11th Street and Cardozo Playground to the immediate east, Vermont Avenue to the west, R Street to the north and Q Street to the south.

11 Park is a conversion of a 2-story office building formerly occupied by the National Alliance of Postal and Federal Workers to a 4-story condominium in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington DC. Developers added two floors to the existing structure at 1628 11th Street. NAPFE leased back from Fortis Companies for a year before construction began in mid-2016. The project offers eight 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, townhouse-style units on the first two floors ranging in size from approximately 1,650 square feet to nearly 1800 square feet, and 1 and 2 bedroom flats on the remaining two levels. Flats range in size from approximately 650 to 1200 square feet. 11 Park building amenities and options include a two-level lobby entry, mail & package room, underground garage parking, private storage units, bike storage & service station, pet grooming station, dog park & playing fields directly across from the community, fitness center, rooftop lounge, outdoor garden terraces, a grilling station and green roof area. Also offered are two levels of underground parking utilizing auto lifts for 21 parking spaces. The existing lower level garage accommodates 20 parking spaces. Units would require 17-21 parking spaces under zoning guidelines. Developers proposed to BZA that 21 spaces would include 8 compact spaces and, due to the location of unmovable existing columns, an exception to allow for the location of the compact spaces. The conversion of the upper garage level to residential use necessitates the elimination of the ramp to the lower cellar parking. To provide access to the lower cellar, developers introduced a mechanical lift so parking spaces would have no direct access to the alley as required by code § 2117.4

Unit 305 and 204 floor plans are representative of the one and two bedroom flats offered at 11 Park. Unit 101 and 109 floor plans are representative of the townhouse-style condominiums offered at 11 Park.
