Buchanan Park offers thirty-two three and four bedroom townhomes with customizable floor plans and features. Townhouses include garage parking and private roof decks. Available were several floor plan configurations of floor plans for the Pierce and the Lincoln series. These 3 bedrooms + den plans feature approximately 1,900 square feet of living space and include an option to add as many as 4.5 baths. A third design, the Buchanan, offers approximately 3,100 square feet of living space and includes a legally rentable 1 bedroom residence on the ground floor.
The vacant Buchanan School property, including four connected brick school buildings, was purchased by Insight Property Group, who sold two buildings to Ditto Residential as part of the combined townhouse and condominium development. Two buildings were razed to create the 2.1 acre project, which includes the townhomes along 13th and D Streets and 41 condominiums. Buchanan Walk functions as a mews with landscaping, seating, recreation lawn and including a communal table. A 30 space parking garage and two on-site parking spaces are offered. Townhomes have private, below-grade garages.

Townhouse features and finishes include Waterworks bath fixtures complimented by marble tile in the master bath and porcelain tile work in guest baths. Kitchens include an island, Bosch stainless steel appliance package with wall oven, a 36” double-door refrigerator, and dishwasher with custom millwork cabinetry. First and second floors will feature sand-in-place white oak hardwood flooring with a choice of one of three stains. Third floor bedrooms will be fitted with British 100% wool carpeting. Features include high ceilings with crown moulding and recessed lights, dual zone heating and cooling and rooftop terraces finished with Trex decking, a gas line connection, water bib, lighting, and an electrical outlet.
