646-654 H Street is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of H and 7th Streets in the H Street Corridor neighborhood of Washington DC. The H Street Trolley line services H Street.

7 H Project Details

Offered at 7 H will be 23 condominium units, mostly one bedroom and some two bedroom floor plans, with private outdoor space per plan. The five units located on the 6th floor (Penthouse level) of the project will have two floors, with the top floor leading to private roof decks. Roof access will not be available to other residents. Size of the units starts from 505 square feet. The project will offer 5 compact surface parking spaces, presumably allocated to penthouses since none are offered for sale, and 15 bicycle slots. Developer is looking into potential rental parking spaces in the Whole Foods underground lots.
