Perla Project Details


Perla will include approximately 83,470 square feet for residential units and approximately 6,988 square feet of ground floor retail space. A two-level underground parking garage will house 68 spaces (58 single spaces and 10 tandem spaces) and electric car charging. The Perla will provide a pet-friendly atmosphere, bicycle storage with bike wash and repair stand, and additional storage availability. The project replaces the former Scripture Cathedral Church, a 50' brick building constructed in 1986.

Perla ADU + IZ Details


Perla will include four units for IZ units dedicated to families earning up to 50% AMI and two units dedicated to families earning up to 80% AMI. The four IZ units provided at 50% AMI include a one bedroom plan with 1,156 GFA and a three bedroom unit with 1,156 GFA. The two units provided at 80% AMI include a one bedroom plan with 1,197 square feet of GFA and a two bedroom plan with 1,190 square feet of GFA. The sole three bedroom unit in the project is the IZ unit. All IZ units will be 'for sale' units.
