The Lexicon Project Details

The Lexicon offers one bedroom, one bedroom + den, two bedroom, and two bedroom + den units. Amenities include a cascading pool, clubroom, fitness center, 24 hour concierge, climate controlled storage and underground parking. The Lexicon unit breakdown is 87 one bedroom units, 30 one bedroom + den units, 49 two bedroom units and 16 two bedroom + den units. Sixteen IZ units are allocated for the project. A minimum of 210 residential parking spaces with 7 spaces for retail use distributed throughout 3 below-grade levels are part of the 2013 approved PUD, along with 67 bicycle spaces and additional bike racks at street level.
